Justin Bieber Bound for Fifth No. 1 Album on Billboard 200 Chart.

Unless something highly unexpected happens, Justin Bieber will collect his fifth No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart next week with "Believe Acoustic." Industry sources say that the set could sell between 180,000 to 190,000 copies by the end of the tracking week on Sunday, Feb. 3.

The new Billboard 200 chart's top 10 will be revealed on the morning of Wednesday, Feb. 6.

"Believe Acoustic" might be the only album to sell in excess of 100,000 this week. The next biggest set looks to be Andrea Bocelli's new Passione, which may move around 85,000.

Should "Believe Acoustic" debut at No. 1, it will follow Bieber's earlier chart-toppers "My World 2.0" (2010), "Never Say Never: The Remixes," "Under the Mistletoe" (both in 2011) and last year's "Believe."

The new album may also give Bieber a No. 1 album in four consecutive years -- something only nine earlier acts have done in the nearly 57-year history of the Billboard 200 chart.

Justin Bieber's "Acoustic" Could Make History Twice

Sources indicate that "Believe Acoustic"'s digital sales will be particularly robust, with upwards of 70% of its debut coming from downloads. Digital pre-orders of the set were strong as well -- they may equate to 35% of the set's digital sales debut.

Other albums set for top 10 bows next week include Tegan & Sara's "Heartthrob" and Local Natives' "Hummingbird."

'Les Miserables' Soundtrack Aiming for No. 1 on Billboard 200 Chart.

'Les Miserables' Soundtrack Aiming for No. 1 on Billboard 200 Chart.

After the "Les Miserables" soundtrack album made a stunning jump this week from No. 33 to No. 2 on the Billboard 200 chart, the set now has its sights set on No. 1.

Label sources suggest that the Republic Records soundtrack could sell over 100,000 by week's end on Sunday, Jan. 6. That could be enough to beat the current Billboard 200 champ: Taylor Swift's "Red." This past week, "Les Miserables" sold 136,000 at No. 2 and "Red" sold 241,000 at No. 1, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Jenni Rivera's Makeup Artist's Estate Files Legal Petition After Fatal Crash

Jenni Rivera's Makeup Artist's Estate Files Legal Petition After Fatal Crash .

A petition for discovery on behalf of the estate of a traveling companion of regional Mexican singer Jenni Rivera has been filed to seek information from Learjet about the plane, owner, operators and maintenance of the Learjet 25 that crashed minutes after departing from Monterrey, Mexico. Makeup artist Jacob Yebale died in a plane crash with the star and five others on Dec. 9.

The petition was entered by Yebale's estate and filed on Jan. 2 in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Ill., by Ribbeck Law Chartered. The legal proceedings are expected to result in lawsuits seeking a "multi-million-dollar damages award," aiming to "bring to justice all responsible parties including the owner, the leasing company; the maintenance company, and Learjet, a division of Bombardier Aerospace, the company that designed and manufactures the aircraft," according to Monica Kelly, head of Global Aviation for the law firm.

"Lives were lost," Kelly said when reached by phone. "Someone is responsible. We want to know who and make sure the person or entity is brought to justice. It is a search for justice. Jacob was very much loved and his family needs answers."

Kelly confirmed that the firm filed the petition for discovery and a hearing has been scheduled for Feb. 6 at 9 a.m. in Cook County Court in Chicago.

Britney Spears Taps Hit-Boy, Will.i.am for New Album

Britney Spears Taps Hit-Boy, Will.i.am for New Album.

Britney Spears revealed last week that she's working with "new inspiring producers" on her new album -- and Hit-Boy is one of them, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The rising producer of Kanye West and Jay-Z's "Ni**as in Paris," Kendrick Lamar's "Backseat Freestyle" and other hip-hop hits is reportedly working on Spears' follow-up to 2011's "Femme Fatale." However, Spears' rep told the magazine that writer Elijah Blake ( Usher's "Climax") hasn't worked with the singer, contrary to an interview in which he was quoted as announcing a collaboration.
